F.lli Gagliazzi produces foods and ready dishes in a protective atmosphere for the direct sale at their sale points and for the little catering (bars, diners, canteens, food stores, etc.) as well as pastourized ready meals or vacuum-sealed cooked dishes for the high catering.
Today Gagliazzi offers a selection of more than 100 seasonal recipes, in respect of the natural cycle and the best italian culinary tradition, without considering storical recipes and the ones created appositly for their B2B interlocutors.
Thanks to advanced management and control systems, in addition Gagliazzi guarantees to the client the total tracking of its product, since the start, monitoring all the ingredients uses in the various recipes with the capillar tracking of all the sold batches.
